Christmas arrives early for Philadelphia with a big gift from the Philly PHLASH, a key seasonal transportation amenity for visitors and locals that makes travel throughout the city super-quick.
The well-loved way to get around town in the summer — by way of purple bus — returns for daily rides and a new holiday evening loop from Friday, November 28 and continuing through the holiday season until Wednesday, December 31.
After running on a weekend-only schedule in the fall, the shuttle kicks in high gear for the holiday season when it will transport guests seven-days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Shuttles will leave every 15-minutes and will make 20 stops throughout city.

New this year, the evening loop allows guests to soak up the holiday spirit after dark with shuttles that run from 6 to 10 p.m. to 15 stops throughout the city.
The Philly PHLASH evening loop will stop at key holiday attractions like the Christmas Village at LOVE Park, Macy’s Holiday Light Show, Franklin Square Holiday Festival, Macy’s Holiday Lights Show and more.
PHLASH bus stops will be marked with a snowflake.
Single bus rides are $2 each while day passes ring in at $5. Seniors and children under the age of four ride for free. Talk about a deal!
Tickets are available at the Independence Visitor Center, Sister Cities Park Visitor Center, Fairmount Park Welcome Center, City Hall Visitor Center, online and when paying with exact change on the bus.
